RULES
It is imperative for the individual renting this Soft Play Package to ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines to prevent injury or damage. Adhere to the following Safety Instructions:
Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges before using the Soft Play.
Parents supervising must also remove their shoes.
Any damage may result in an additional fee.
Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene reasons.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Forever Young Party Rentals LLC does not provide supervision and assumes no liability for accidents or injuries.
No pets or sharp objects on the equipment.
Prohibit streamers, face paint, party poppers, or silly string use near the equipment.
No food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed on or near the Soft Play.
Adults must refrain from sitting or leaning on the equipment.
Children must avoid pushing, colliding, fighting, or engaging in behavior likely to cause injury or distress.
No smoking or bbqs near the soft play equipment.
Ensure the soft play is not overcrowded and limit numbers based on the age and size of the children.
The equipment has a maximum age limit of 6; adults are not permitted to use the equipment.
Restrict usage for individuals with a history of back or neck problems or any child feeling unwell.
Do not use the equipment if it becomes wet, as surfaces may become slippery.
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the equipment remains undamaged.
Repair charges for damages are payable immediately unless otherwise agreed.
Only Forever Young Party Rentals LLC staff are authorized to remove or collect equipment; no items are to be removed from the delivery location.
Please gather and bag all balls from the ball pit before our equipment collection. Failure to do so will result in a $50 deduction from the deposit, which will not be refunded.
Setup:
It is the responsibility of the client to have a suitable site ready for the soft play equipment. If your package has a bounce house it needs to be located within 50 feet of an outlet. The area must also be. clear of debris which include animal waste, sticks, rocks, glass, pinecones etc. If outside during high temperatures all equipment must be in a shaded area or under a tent to prevent overheating. No Water Play.
Weather Policy
All clients assume all weather related risks. In the even of inclement weather before or during your event that prevents an outdoor set up, it is the responsibility of the client to have a Plan B ready. If the client is unable to provide an indoor location, they will have the option to reschedule. No refunds.
Cancellations Policy
In the event of cancellation with a minimum of 14 days' notice, the initial deposit will be eligible for a full refund. However, cancellations made within the 14-day period leading up to the scheduled event are considered non-refundable. Despite the non-refundability, the Hirer retains the option to transfer the deposited amount to secure another booking, subject to availability and agreement with Forever Young Party Rentals LLC.
Travel Fees
If you are. more than 10 miles from area code 03249 you will be charged $2 per mile.
Length of rentals
Forever Young Party Rentals LLC will set up each package approximately 2 hours-90 min prior to your event. We will then come collect the equipment at the conclusion of the event. Exact times will be discussed at time of booking.
Deposit
A non-refundable retainer fee of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. This payment is a requirement for confirming the Hirer's booking and ensuring the availability of the requested services. The retainer fee contributes towards securing the resources and facilitating the necessary preparations for the scheduled event. The timely remittance of this fee needs to finalize the booking arrangement.
The remaining balance is due for payment seven days prior to the scheduled event, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe grants Forever Young Party Rentals LLC the authority to cancel the event without refunding the initial deposit.
